Freight Charges

How is freight calculated?
The weight of the goods that you are purchasing are automatically calculated during the checkout process. Freight costs are then applied to the total bill after you've entered your postcode and hit 'proceed with order'.

Important note!
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.

If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver goods to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
